Team & Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Managers to drive our Operational Center of Excellence (COE) for Program Management. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving program management methodologies, processes, and best practices across our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, consistency, and excellence in program delivery.

What you get to do in this role:

  • You’ll develop project schedules, define timeframes, and prioritize tasks to achieve design objectives.
  • Lead, build trust and collaborate on increasingly complex projects with some supervised work on new ambiguous design programs.
  • Provide clear communication to cross-functional team leads and management regarding project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities.
  • Shape, drive and document processes and tools for effective team workflows and collaboration


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex programs from initiation to closure.
  • Experience leading program management methodologies and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of program management frameworks
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional project management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
