ServiceNow’s Technology industry is hyper-focused on building innovative products that enable technology providers to deliver seamless experiences to their enterprise customers. This manifests itself in our product strategy through industry differentiation with our Sales and Order Management, Customer Service, Service Bridge, and Success Management applications.

Role
We are looking for a Staff Inbound Product Manager to drive our technology provider industry products in our Hyderabad office. In this role, you will be responsible to help define capabilities from concept to delivery and ensure that they align with market trends and customer needs. You will work closely with engineering, design, research, and many other cross-functional teams to build these capabilities that positively differentiate our products.
What you get to do in this role:
- Work with product leadership to translate strategy into product capabilities and features and then manage them through the product lifecycle
- Collaborate with researchers and designers to define, validate, and test innovative product ideas.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback, validate concepts, and identify opportunities.
- Create feature plans, storyboards, and wireframes to communicate product requirements to design and development teams.
- Collaborate with engineering on release management, addressing risks and dependencies.
- Work with sales, marketing, services, and support teams to ensure successful product releases and adoption.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience with 5+ years in product management for Enterprise SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of and interest in working with technology providers
- Working knowledge of Customer Success Management and Customer Service Management
- Working knowledge of generative AI and its ability to transform experiences and operations
- Preferrable experience using, administrating, or developing on the ServiceNow platform
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to large audiences and executive leadership
- Experience working directly with customers, sales, and engineering teams in a global setting
- The discipline to focus on high-impact activities (i.e., being good at saying "no" or "not now")
- Must enjoy working in a collaborative environment
- High energy, self-starter with a growth mindset
