Job Description

The EMEA Vice President for CRM Solution Sales and Consulting will lead all CRM-related sales motions and functions within the geo. Reporting directly to the Geo Presidents and with a dotted line to the Global SVP of CRM Sales, this role is pivotal in driving CRM solution sales and consulting efforts across the geo. The ideal candidate will leverage a GM mindset and possess a deep understanding of CRM solutions, a proven track record in sales leadership, and the ability to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across a diverse set of functional teams. This executive will be responsible for driving CRM sales execution leveraging the playbook and key weekly metrics. This role demands a leader who will inspire teams, navigate a matrixed set of support teams across global COE, marketing, technical and partner organizations while delivering predictably exceptional results.

  • Lead and manage all CRM solution sales and consulting activities within the geo.  
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.  
  • Collaborate with Geo Presidents and the Global SVP of CRM Sales to align sales strategies and initiatives.  
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.  
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the CRM sales and consulting teams, ensuring high performance and professional development.  
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.  
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in CRM sales processes and methodologies.  
  • Represent the geo in global CRM sales meetings and contribute to the overall CRM strategy. 

Preferred locations for this role:

Ireland, France, Germany

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • Extensive experience in CRM solution sales and consulting, with a proven track record of success. 
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. 
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans. 
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the CRM industry. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a global organization. 
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving growth. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
