Job Description

We are seeking a strategic, experienced, and proactive Senior HR Business Partner to support our operations in the Netherlands and Belgium. As an individual contributor, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, delivering expert HR guidance and ensuring alignment between the people strategy and the broader business objectives. You will partner closely with leaders across functions such as GTM Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Corporate Functions. 

What you get to do in this role:

Strategic Partnering:

  • Serve as the primary HRBP for VPs and below in the Netherlands and Belgium, aligning HR strategies with business goals and acting as a trusted advisor and coach.

Organizational Development:

  • Drive initiatives focused on talent development, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and change management.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Support and advise leaders on complex employee relations issues, engagement strategies, and culture development, ensuring compliance with Dutch and Belgian labour laws. Work in close collaboration with the Employee Relations team on matters requiring Works Council engagement, ensuring consistent, well-coordinated positions and messaging.

Talent Management:

  • Support succession planning, performance management, and leadership development in collaboration with COEs Centres of Excellence (COEs).

Change & Transformation:

  • Partner with business leaders to manage organizational changes including restructures, integrations, and transitions.

Data & Insights:

  • Use people analytics and workforce data to drive decision-making and provide insights to the business.

Local Expertise:

Provide expert guidance on employment legislation, labour relations, Occupational Health (Arbo) and HR best practices specific to the Netherlands and Belgium. Experience working with Works Councils is preferred. Lead efforts to optimize the current occupational health set-up, improving effectiveness and compliance of the Arbo framework across both countries

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 12+ years of progressive HRBP or HR generalist experience, ideally within a multinational or matrixed environment. 
  • Experience in direct client support and management coaching experience as well as team development/management
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and HR analytics tools. 
  • Strong skills in coaching, employee relations, and change management. 
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities across regions. 
  • Experience working with Go-To-Market commercial sales teams is preferred. 
  • Fluent in English, plus an additional language; is a strong advantage.  
  • Strong knowledge of local labour law and HR practices in the Netherlands & Belgium. Knowledge across the other countries is a strong advantage,  
  • Experience supporting Senior Director-level leaders and below.
