Job Description

As the Global Digital Sales Business Manager, your charter will be to partner with the Global Digital Sales VP to orchestrate and execute against the organizations priorities, projects in-quarter, FY, and out years.    This individual will participate in run-the-business activities, project manage cross-functional initiatives, as well as execute initiatives within Digital Sales.   The Digital Sales Engine is fueled by insights, organization rigor, and repeatable motions and there are multiple mission critical programs and initiatives in play. 

What you will do in this role:

  • Assist in developing, communicating, and executing a multi-faceted plan to grow business 
  • Collaborate with business partners across Operations, Solution Sales, Sales, Marketing, Solution Consulting, Industry GTM, Customer Success, Enablement and Partners to drive alignment on go-to-market strategy; ensure alignment of priorities and goals.
  • Coordinate out-year planning to ensure the organization continues to scale to support growth expectations
  • Incubate and develop emerging programs that are deemed strategic investments to help us grow and scale
  • Maintain close connections with Digital Sales Leadership team to understand impact, key issues and opportunities

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we need someone who has: 

  • Experience with Digital/Inside Sales and operating in a high volume, high velocity space
  • Understands how to operationalize a sales team with a “Partner First” motion
  • Strong vision for how the tech stack can ignite a digital motion
  • Thrives in a fast growing, fast paced, constantly changing environment
  • Strong operational mindset with a focus on building organizations to scale
  • Optimistic and strong work ethic, someone who is ready for a challenge
  • Demonstrates humility, excellent team-building, organization, and listening skills

Skills that include:

  • Strong Project/Program Management skills and a history of building out sales programs to support Digital/Inside Sales teams (volume / velocity)
  • History of demonstrated skills establishing sales operational best practices and problem solving through ambiguity.
  • Proven ability to navigate and collaborate through complex organizations and projects
  • Expert level excel and PowerPoint skills is a MUST.
  • Strong Sales Leadership background at first line level or above.
  • Concise communicator adept at delivering clear and succinct messages.
  • Strong organization, communication, teamwork, presentation, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work majority EST hours with flexibility to support the demands of a Global Sales Org
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time.

 Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years experience in Digital/Inside Sales leadership, within a matrixed selling team environment in the enterprise software space required.
