Job Description

What you get to do in this role:  

  • Product Execution - Collaborate closely with the engineering leadership to implement and deliver cutting-edge products.

  • Market and Competitive Analysis - Engage in comprehensive research and conversations with end users, customers, partners, and industry experts to understand market dynamics.

  • Product Strategy - Develop and articulate a clear strategy for the ITOM Health product line, identifying unique opportunities backed by strong reasoning.

  • Partnership Evaluation - Explore and evaluate synergistic partnerships and acquisitions to enhance solution offerings.

  • Product Enablement and Success - Work in tandem with the outbound product management, marketing, and pre/post-sales teams to ensure the product's success and market adoption.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience - At least 8 years in product management, or a similar tenure as a solutions architect within the ITOM space, demonstrating a track record of successful product development and management.

  • Technical Expertise - A deep understanding of cloud-based solutions, particularly those focused on log and metric analytics. A solid grasp of AI/ML technologies and their application in IT operations tools is essential.

  • Systems Knowledge - Comprehensive experience with system, network, application, and observability solutions, showcasing the ability to navigate and innovate within these areas.

  • Decision Making - The capacity to balance potential and desire, making informed decisions based on what is technically achievable.

  • Strategic Thinking - A strategic mindset, with the ability to absorb new information rapidly and communicate effectively, making an impact.

  • Adaptability - Comfort with ambiguity and the capability to operate effectively within it, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.

  • Education - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science is required, underscoring a strong foundational knowledge in the field.
