ServiceNow is actively looking for a GTM Sales Solution Architect to join our team focused on building next generation Sales DT Solutions. Our primary objective at ServiceNow is to develop a cutting-edge IT ecosystem that offers a seamless experience to our sales and operations teams, optimizing the lead-to-cash processes. We achieve this by enhancing productivity through automation and eliminating operational inefficiencies with fully integrated end-to-end sales systems.

As a GTM Sales Solution Architect, the role involves driving solution design from L1 to L3 level for the sales product roadmap and business processes in the quote to cash flow while optimizing our E2E sales processes. You will work closely with our stakeholders to understand product ideation and market positioning. Once understood, take point in the solution design of the sales processes to support the introduction of this product. As part of the enablement of these products, you will be required to recommend industry-leading practices and integrate them with the existing capabilities. The solution should provide a seamless experience from quote to entitlement processes and ensure that our DT backbone aligns with business needs, legal requirements, and industry best practices, ultimately enhancing contract efficiency, compliance, and risk management.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field- preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in Quoting to Entitlement Management space.
  • Experience in implementing various sales motions for a SaaS company
  • Experience in Callidus Cloud (CPQ) and SAP EMS is preferred.
  • Combined 12+ years of experience in several of the following areas: software design and development; architecting of modern heavily utilized, highly available applications; solution architecture experience that covers business, data and applications and technology architecture.
  • Functional & systems experience in opportunity management, quoting and contracting processes.
  • Experience defining and evangelizing a solution architecture.
  • Experience working in environments with multiple SaaS platforms.
  • Keen ability to take abstract business ideas and convert them to process and system needs.
  • Ability to demonstrate supporting solution architecture of large-scale implementation programs.
  • Strong communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to see the “big picture” and seamlessly deal with ambiguity.

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $155,600 - $272,400, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
