Job Description

ServiceNow EMEA is scaling fast, and with that growth comes the need to ensure that our organisation and our processes are set up for success now and as we become a larger company.  

In order to achieve this, we are growing a new Operational Excellence Innovation unit which will report into the Senior Director GTM Programs & Excellence EMEA.  

We are looking for a Specialist to join this team, who will work to help transform and grow the EMEA business of ServiceNow on our journey from $1 billion to $4 billion. 

In this role you will... 

  • Design and develop new tools and processes that support our GTM teams in executing in an efficient and scalable way 

  • Support EMEA Programs & Excellence team by building innovative processes to streamline our business and propel further growth  

  • Create impactful reports in PowerBI and presentations, to uncover actionable insight and communicate impact of growth priorities within the EMEA leadership team 

Qualifications

  • Interest and experience in analytics  

  • Ability to learn quickly and in order to identify new solutions and utilize the latest technology  

  • Innovate mindset, thinking outside the box in order to identify new ways of getting things done 

  • Expertise in analytical tools such as PowerBI as well as experience in accessing data from datawarehouse solutions like Snowflake 

  • Effective communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing 

  • Energetic self-starter with an ambition for getting things done in a high-growth, ambiguous environment 

  • Language skills with German would also be an advantage but not essential.  

  • September start date
