Position Overview: 
We are seeking an organized  Senior Project Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for approving timesheets, handling Advisory Session requests, monitoring project timelines and raising resource requests as necessary. The successful candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Approve timesheets submitted by project team members. 
  • Manage Advisory Session requests and ensure they are appropriately staffed. 
  • Monitor project timelines.
  • Project Administration 
  • Work with Resource Managers to determine demand and raise resource requests as needed. 
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure resource allocation aligns with project requirements. 
  • Maintain accurate and up to date resource schedules and Advisory Session requests


To be successful in this role you have:

·         3+ years of hands-on project management. 

·         Experience managing multiple large projects across multiple GEO's.  

·         Proven experience in project support or a similar role. 

·         Excellent organizational and time management skills. 

·         Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 

·         Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively. 

·         Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. 

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
