Job Description

Shift timings: 8:00 pm to 5:00 am IST – Required in Office (Hyderabad)

Aligned to the Service Provider Sales team, within the India Development Center (IDC), the Sales Operations Specialist will support the quote generation process, forecasting practices, advisement of the sales force in sales transactions and partner support.  Responsibilities will include the following:

Responsibilities

  • Review and approve quotes and Order forms submitted by the Services Executive/Account Executive on the Dashboard and partners through the Partner Portal.
  • Create quote forms and Order forms with accuracy and aligned with SN policies.
  • Ensure all orders are approved within pricing and discount policies.
  • Perform pipeline reviews and establish best practices and methodologies for forecast accuracy
  • Adhere to sales pricing, policies, and approval process
  • Interface to Deal Desk, Finance and Legal as needed (i.e. revenue recognition)
  • Interface with Order Management to ensure the accuracy of booked sales opportunities in the ServiceNow sales automation tool.
  • Support sales organization’s requirement for Customer licensing compliance
  • Act as the first line support for Alliances & Channels sales team and Alliances & Channels partners in areas of training, onboarding and ongoing collaboration
  • Work in partnership with Alliances & Channels sales team on partner calls to ensure pricing policies and deal strategy are clearly understood

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in Sales Operations in a software sales organization
  • Organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in PPT, Word, and Excel
  • Experience with CRM and CPQ systems
