Job Description
About the Role
ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Director, AMS Field Marketing to lead a high performing field marketing function spanning Enterprise Verticals, Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) / Systems Integrators (SIs), Customer Growth Marketing, and the AMS ServiceNow User Group Live (SNUG) program. Sitting at the intersection of marketing strategy and revenue execution, this leader serves as a key growth partner to AMS sales, building integrated field strategies that drive pipeline creation, progression, and new logo acquisition.
Reporting to the SVP, AMS Demand Marketing, the Senior Director will lead a team of Directors and their extended teams while scaling field marketing best practices across AMS and globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of field marketing directors to build and execute integrated, ABM led GTM plans across the Target Account List for Enterprise Verticals, TMT/SIs, Customer Growth Marketing, and SNUGs, driving pipeline creation, progression, and net new logo acquisition.
- Build tight partnership with AMS Sales leaders, translating revenue goals and buying group strategies into actionable marketing programs.
- Champion Customer Growth Marketing to expand adoption, accelerate renewals, and grow wallet share.
- Partner with ABM, Executive Marketing, Partner Marketing, Industry GTM, Strategic Events, and Geo Hub teams on fully integrated, segment specific plans.
- Lead cross functional initiatives as a member of the AMS Marketing Leadership team.
- Measure programs rigorously using data and analytics to optimize mix and ROI; partner with marketing operations on lead flow, segmentation, reporting, and attribution.
- Manage the annual field marketing budget with accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in B2B marketing with strong demand generation, field marketing, and pipeline orientation; large scale cloud or enterprise SaaS strongly preferred.
- Proven success leading high performing field marketing teams across Enterprise and industry focused GTM motions.
- Experience with customer marketing, user communities, or lifecycle marketing.
- Track record partnering with enterprise sales and translating revenue goals into integrated plans, including ABM and buying group methodology.
- Hands on use of AI to enhance work processes, insights, and decision making.
- Deep command of the buyer and customer journey from Brand to Demand to Loyalty.
- Strong analytical mindset; able to communicate marketing's commercial impact to non marketing audiences.
- Strong leadership presence with bias toward execution; excellent communication, negotiation, and change management skills.
- Hands on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- BS or BA in Business, Marketing, or related field.
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $220,300 - $396,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
